Shelly has been deeply connected to the spirit world since early childhood. As a natural intuitive, she developed the ability to sense energy and connect with loved ones who have passed, eventually discovering her passion for energy healing.

“I have always felt in tune with the spirit world from a very young age. Raised by deaf and hearing-impaired parents, I believe my senses became heightened in a way that deepened my connection to energy and spirit.
My earliest memories of seeing spirit were around the age of four. I remember asking my brother if he could see them too—and when he said yes, I thought it was normal.”
 

As Shelly grew older, she realized not everyone shared these experiences. Fear and misunderstanding led her to suppress her abilities for many years—until a life-changing moment shifted everything.

In January 2012, Shelly experienced a profound medical event.

“My heart stopped beating. Even though my body was unresponsive, I was aware. I watched as people worked to revive me. I followed the EMTs, observed the hospital room, and saw my brother sitting beside my body.
Then suddenly, it was like a light switched on—and I was back.”
 

This near-death experience became a turning point. It reawakened her connection to spirit and ultimately led her to embrace the gifts she once feared.

Determined to understand and develop her abilities, Shelly began her formal training through the Association of Spiritual Healers of Alberta. What started as curiosity quickly became purpose.

“That experience brought forward something I had buried deep within me—I was meant to help people.”
 

From there, everything aligned.

Shelly continued her studies in energy healing and spiritual development, eventually becoming a Reiki Master, while also training in sound healing, meditation, and becoming a certified hypnotherapist in 2022.

Today, Shelly offers a heart-centered, intuitive approach to healing—supporting clients emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Her sessions may include a blend of:

• Reiki energy healing 
• Sound therapy (singing bowls, tuning forks) 
• Tarot and intuitive guidance 
• Crystals and energetic tools 

Shelly works closely with Spirit, Angels, Guides, and higher-frequency energies to create a safe, supportive, and personalized healing experience for each client.

Her intention is simple:
to help you reconnect with yourself, feel supported, and begin your own healing journey.

In addition to her sessions, Shelly has created a curated collection of meaningful items within her space—including crystals, candles, sprays, smudging tools, and handmade jewelry—each chosen or created with intention.

Shelly is also the co-host of the podcast Empath Sisters, created with her sister Bev in 2021, where they explore spiritual topics, intuitive living, and real-life experiences.
