What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy is a gentle, guided process that works with the subconscious mind — the part of you that holds patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses.

In a relaxed, focused state, your mind becomes more open and receptive, allowing you to explore and shift what may be holding you back.

You are always aware and in control during a session.
This is not about being “put under,” but about being deeply relaxed while remaining present.


How it Works

During a session, you are guided into a calm, relaxed state where your body can soften and your mind becomes more focused.

From this space, we gently explore patterns, beliefs, or emotional responses that may be ready to shift.

This process allows for insight, release, and new perspectives to emerge — creating change in a way that feels natural and supportive.

Each session is unique and guided by your intention and what you are ready for.

Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state that you already experience in everyday life — like when you’re deeply focused, daydreaming, or just drifting off to sleep.

You are aware, in control, and able to hear everything.
Most people feel deeply relaxed while their mind remains gently focused.

First step to Hypnotherapy is to have a consultation with me!

The First Step

Your journey begins with an initial consultation.

This is your time to:

  • share what you’re wanting support with 
  • ask questions 
  • feel comfortable with the process 

From there, we move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Where you will hear new suggestions in the subconscious mind.

During A Session

You will be guided into relaxation using your breath and awareness.

You may notice:

  • your body softening 
  • your mind becoming quieter 
  • a sense of calm or lightness 

Even if your mind wanders at times — that’s completely normal.
Your subconscious is still listening and responding.
